Order Issues (Damaged, Wrong Item, Missing Items)

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • your order number, and

  • a photo of the issue (and packaging if available)

We'll get this taken care of ASAP.

30-Day Rhythm Guarantee (First Order)

Try Shiftly for 30 days. If it’s not your rhythm, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we’ll make it right for your first order.

Qualifications:

  • First order only (one per household)

  • Request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery

  • Include your order number

Returns

Because Shiftly products are consumable, we typically do not require returns for opened items. If your item is unopened and you’d like to request a return, contact us and we’ll help you with next steps. (Optional: keep or remove based on your preference.)

Shipping & Processing Notes

Orders typically process within 2 business days. Though rare, processing/shipping may take longer during peak periods or carrier delays. Tracking is always sent as soon as your order ships out.

Refund Timing

If any refund is approved and issued, we'd typically expect them to be processed back into your account within 5–7 business days depending on your bank/payment method.
